When I feel chatty and there is not a soul to talk to, I keep calm and start writing. It is the best way to give your mood a go, whatever the mood is without hurting anyone.
Writing is good when you experience something and can neither analyse nor share it. In any unusual, weird, hard, happy and sad situation keep calm and start writing.
Writing is like a therapy. It brings relief, separate yourself from your problems and feelings and look at them from outside, as if they are not yours and in fact they are not :).
